Gate Gossip

In 2008 Alexandra School launched a new venture for parents and named it "Gate Gossip". The aim of the group is to encourage parents to come along and meet each other, discuss different topics and learn about all the different activities that go on at school.

"Gate Gossip" meets every half term and has been a resounding success, mainly due to a friendly and informal approach with plenty of tea and biscuits on hand! We often invite guest speakers along to give us useful information about parent entitlements or new projects that are happening in Harrow. We run workshops for parents, for example on healthy cookery or developing IT skills. To see photographs of some recent events for parents, click on the Photo Gallery link to the left.

As a way of extending the services offered by Alexandra School, we also organise a range of after-school clubs for the children. Click on the After-school Clubs link to the left to find out more.
